Over many years of helping people with computers, tablets and phones I have come to understand that the majority of the problems come from things that the designers expect users to 'just know' - such as switching between programs, closing pop-up windows and knowing which warning messages you can safely ignore.

I will not make assumptions about your level of knowledge, and will take time to explain what I am doing in simple terms, and help build your confidence using your device.
